If it's just slightly off then, yes, this is normal. 60 fps just puts a band-aid over the issue you need to fix it for 30 fps (where it's more noticeable) and 60 fps would then also benefit from it.ĭuring cut scenes, when people are talking, there is a delay from when they say something and their mouth moving. If you're playing in 60 fps, that's probably not the best way to test. I've tested the game in fullscreen mode and still get the choppiness, so I'm unsure if being in windowed mode or not is the actual cause here.
